ABOUT ME
I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I'm human. I've been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help. I became a counselor to provide a safe space for people to be themselves. I have seen the effect a compassionate listener can have on a person as well as the struggle to just be okay when you feel like you’re out on your own. As a counselor I want to help you let go of the things that have been holding you back and find peace through self-compassion. My life experiences are what led me to become the therapist I am today.
Helping People Is A Gift To Others, But Also Myself.

Being a counselor is inspiring. I love helping people become healthier and more empowered while watching them transform their lives. The most rewarding thing about being a counselor is seeing a person walk away lighter, freer, and more excited about their life. I am committed to encouraging you to see that healing and transformation are possible.

I have a natural ability to:
-
Reflect people's thoughts back to them
-
Explain mental health symptoms in an easy to understand way
-
Accept people for who they are and in their current life circumstances
-
Help clients heal their past and manage the present
People who know me often say that I am a good listener who can sit with people, even when things feel dark or hopeless.
I Have Compassion For People And Try To Bring An Open, Non-judgemental Presence To Sessions
